Protein Pumpkin Pancakes

makes 2-3 pancakes

Ingredients:

-2 tbsp canned pumpkin

– 1/2 banana

– 1 egg

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

– 1 tbsp flaxseed meal

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp nutmeg (I used pumpkin spice)

Directions:

1.) Combined all ingredients

2.) Pour onto pan or griddle

I made mine into one big pancake

 

3.) cook each side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat

4.) top w/ your favorite toppings. Mine are PB and banana
