Baked Buffalo Chicken pasta
-1 lb pasta
– 6 chicken tenderloins, cooked and cut in chunks
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp flour
– 1 1/2 c milk
– 4 ounces monterey jack cheese
– 1/3 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
-buffalo wing sauce
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.) Prepare water for pasta and cook as directed. I added broccoli
3.) While pasta is cooking, heat saucepan over medium heat.
4.) Add butter and once melted add flour. whisk together until mixture is golden in color.
5.) Add milk and stir on low heat until thickens.
6.) Add cheese and stir till smooth.
7.) Drain water from pasta and broccoli. Add chicken and cheese. Mix together.
8.) Spray 9×13 pan. Add mixture
9.) Bake 25 minutes
10.) Remove from oven and top w/ sauce.
