Lower Body Workout

Early morning gym time! 25 minutes on the treadmill.

 (After swimming, I can’t get into running. I think I get the “runner’s high” when I swim…haha. oh well. Hopefully I can get in the lake again soon!

I headed to the weights. Here are the lower body exercises:

lateral lunges

skater squats

  1. Oh, so hard to pick! I love squats, two legged, one legged, doesn’t matter. Toe raises are fun, gotta love having hot calves! I don’t mind lunges or wall sits, either…I guess I just really like any leg workout!
    LOVE those videos from SP. Used to use them a ton when I was first starting out since I didn’t know anything!
