Low Fat Oatmeal Banana Bread

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
– 1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats

– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 3 tsp canola or walnut oil
– 1 large egg, beaten
– 3 large bananas, ripe
– 2 medium egg whites, beaten

Directions:

1.) Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl.

2.) Next, beat 2 egg whites in a second bowl.

3.) Mix canola oil, 1 egg, and mashed bananas. Add to dry ingredient bowl

4.) Finally, fold in egg whites.

5.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
