Circuit Training week 7

This week was really hard! We did this workout just TWO days after week 6, so maybe it just wasn’t enough time to recover. I know I’m going to need some MAJOR stretching after this workout

Question for you:

Would you rather do mountain climbers or burpees?

-I would rather do ANYTHING but burpees haha
