Paleo Pumpkin Walnut Bread

A few nights ago, I was craving some sweets (you know in the evening…) I headed to the blog world for help!

Paleo Pumpkin Walnut Bread

Ingredients:

-1 cup almond flour

-1 cup canned pumpkin

-2 eggs

-1/4 cup peanut butter

– 1/4 cup of honey

-1 tsp baking powder

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.) Combined all ingredients in a large bowl

3.) Spray pan and added mixture.

4.) Bake for 35 minutes

5.) ENJOY!

I will not take credit for this recipe. It came from one of my favorite bloggers Tina at Carrotsncake. She used almond butter instead of PB, and she actually made muffins with this recipe.
