Breakfast X2

Today, was a bit of a strange day. After working three 12 hour shifts, coming home to an upset kiddo, and other family issues,I needed a good day.


I started with an hour nap (after taking Andrew to school) and a class at the gym. Muscle works again!

breakfast #1: oats, pumpkin, 1egg, cinnamon, PB, banana, and milk. And one lonely ice cube in the middle 🙂



Our elf was also having an adventure today


All he needs is a cowboy hat” said Andrew haha

Breakfast #2 was dinner: egg and banana pancake with PB on top, and 2 sausage links


Pretty darn tasty!
