WEEK 1: UPDATE

Today was the day, time for the WEIGH IN!

I LOST A POUND! WAHOOO!!!

one lb

Just one lb a week, that was a my goal. And this  week, I was able to accomplish that!

This weeks goals:

-Lose 1 lb

-Find new recipes!

-Look for healthy “sweets”
