odds and ends

Today, Andrew and I spent the day together. First, he went to camp and I went the gym. I hit up the bike and then some weights. Tomorrow I have plans for the gym at 9 and then a bike ride with my dad! We gave him a bike for Christmas, and I can’t wait to get active with my family!

Some things I have found recently:

Sour cream and cheddar cauliflower

ten minutes workout

No carb pasta

15 minute kettle bell workout

Sorry for such a short post. Its been a long day, Ill be back tomorrow!
