What I ate Wednesday

Andrew and I started out with a quick breakfast


This pancake has 2 eggs, 1 banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder, cinnamon, and PB on top. It was delicious and held off hunger through the gym, and bike ride.


Anyone else think it looks like a heart?!?! I swear it wasn’t on purpose

On the way out the door to work on the yard, I ate 2 cheese sticks


Lunch (FINALLY) was at 1pm when Andrew got out of camp.


Midday snack: yoplait greek yogurt, chia seeds, and a few blueberries


Dinner: meatballs, carrot sticks, and peppers


Man I was tired and didn’t have a single bit of energy to find something excited for dinner. But this hit the spot.


Dessert after Andrew’s baseball game. These skinny cow ice cream bars are amazing.
