A little more low key this week, but I will say I am happy I was still active and movin’!
Monday: 40 min elliptical (after an “easy” 12 hr shift)
Wednesday: 10 mile bike ride
Thursday: 3 mile run (more on that later) and an 8 mile bike ride
Friday: 3 mile bike ride. not long at all, but before a two hr car ride home 😦
We had a great trip, and I loved that my family was so interested in getting those bike rides in! They were not long, but unfortuantly the trail was only 1.5 miles one way. But we made the best of it!
