Hi everyone! I had a great break from the blog to spend time with family and friends. It was great! I kept the camera at home, and caught some rays 🙂
Beside being sick at the beginning of the week (and then working a ton) but I ended up getting some good workouts in towards the end of the week. I found this blog on pinterest, and now I am in love! Great workouts! Check it out
Monday: rest/sick day 😦
Tuesday: 40 min elliptical after a 12 hr shift
Wednesday: Rest/work day
Thursday: 30 bike at the gym + THIS AMAZING ARM WORKOUT!
Friday: 40 min elliptical after a 12 hr shift
Saturday: 30 min bike at the gym + ab workout
Ending my Sunday night with a little dessert from Carrotsncake blueberry pie for one
