Day 5: day in the life

Today’s eats were pretty good, and ended with ice cream. Let me say the day was insane, followed by ice cream with friends. A success I would say? haha. I don’t usually eat ice cream, but considering I kept my cool all day and still ate well up until then, I’m good with that. I thought instead of just food, I would show the schedule….It doesn’t look like it, but every minutes

7am: Breakfast- eggs, peppers, and bacon

8am: grocery store for lots of andrew goodies (more on that tomorrow….)

8:30: went to visit Carrie (The NICU babies past foster mom. he is now with his adoptive mom)

10am: T25 total body workout

11am: Protein coffee on the run. plus pepperoni slices. My dad had oral surgery. So I was running from my parents house to walgreens and mcdonalds for a milk shake

1pm: Lunch. Leftover buffalo chicken salad from last night. Peach for dessert

2pm: over to my parents house. dad not doing so good, now throwing up. went to take care of him.

3pm: colby cheese, cucumber, and apple slices

4:30: hair cut

5:15: Wake for my aunt’s mom (on her side)

6pm: babybel cheese and pepperoni. more homework.

7pm: taco dinner with my community group at church. Followed by ted drews ice cream.

These are my stats WITHOUT the ice cream: Calories 1755,Fat: 118, Carbs 69, Protein 121

way higher than usual. Esp if you add the ice cream, but tomorrow is a new busy day 🙂

What I Ate Wednesday: Real food again

After days of being sick, my stomach is FINALLY coming back to normal!!! I am also trying to get away from carbs. When I am sick, the things I find appetizing are zup, ice cream, and bread. This bug was bad news, I even lost my appetite completely. And that is NOT like me haha

I am so happy the GI bug is gone, and now I just need to get some more fruits and veggies in there.

What I ate Wednesday

Another day of eats! Andrew and I were pretty low key since he was home sick with strep. Unfortuantly, I eat way more when I’m home bond and bored, but I didn’t do to bad.

Breakfast: Protein Pancake

I know it doesn’t look like it, but I really did eat a lot of those morning glory muffins. On top of that, I didn’t get a chance to workout since Andrew was sick. But I know tomorrow will be better.

Since Andrew isn’t feeling good (and his tonsils are so swollen they are almost touching) he had a nice treat of ice cream with chocolate chips

What I ate Wednesday

Today’s eats include alot of quick finds and pretty simple meals. With all the workouts, and working outside, I need food ASAP

Breakfast started with a banana pancake. I haven’t had one in a while, and it totally hit the stop

I didn’t get lunch till almost three oclock. Thank goodness for this mornings protein!

Lunch was two parts: chicken from Sam’s and cucumbers

Before the “big” a list, Andrew and I headed to six flags St louis

I have to say, I was a little worried. I haven’t been in YEARS, but I was worried about the heat, the lines, and of course crankiness. haha

BUT it was an amazing day with Andrew! We didn’t have any break downs (from him, or me haha)

We started the day with a few rides

Peas and Crayons

I completely forgot, got insanely busy, and didn’t eat much or anything exciting (until dinner!)

Breakfast: Same o’ eggs and bacon

Snack: 2 string cheese and pepperoni while running to get the panels for my new fence 🙂 Thanks to my dad for helping!

What I ate Wednesday

Yesterday was a bit of a roller coaster. Andrew had oral surgery for an extra baby tooth. No biggie, but still scary (for him and me!) Everything went just great! but my eats were a bit over the place. I am also trying to bring myself down from the sugar high known as vacation haha

Now time for getting back to regular eating!
