Restless legs and new recipe!

SO last night I didn’t sleep a wink! My legs were killing me from my run yesterday. I was so restless and sore, I was waking up every hour! (I guess a quick 4 mile run in new kicks, is not the best idea)

I didn’t do much today except visit my friend who just had a baby two weeks ago, make a return to H&M and watch Keeping Up with Kardasians. Yum I was a bum haha

But I wanted to share this awesome recipe w/ you guys. Andrew and I had it last night and then I had it for lunch today. YUM!

Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps

Makes 6 wraps

Ingredients:

-1 cup cooked rice

– 1 cup cooked shredded chicken

– 1 can black beans rinsed and drained

– 1 green onion (I didnt use this)

– 1/2 green pepper diced

– 2 tbsp cilantro

– 2 tsp lime juice

-1/2 tbsp chili powder

– 3 cups shredded cheese

– 6 tortillas

Directions:

– Mix all ingridents except cheese.

– Sprinkle cheese on tortillas, then place chicken and rice mixture down the center

-Roll and place on sprayed skillet (I put mine on a george foreman)
