A Day with me and Andrew

This weekend, is all about me and Andrew. The past few weeks I have been working A TON more. 14 shifts in 3 weeks, when I usually work 9…eekk

My goal this weekend was too spend as much time as possible with Andrew.

After breakfast, and a morning together, we headed to lunch at Texas Road House

We had a blast playing hang man and tic-tac-toe while we waited for our food. A lot of laughs were included 🙂

Even though it wasn’t the MOST FANTASTIC day (poor planning on my part) we still had a lot of laughs. And that is all that matters. Tomorrow is another fun filled day…stayed tune!

What I Ate Wednesday

With grocery shopping out of the way this week, I had lots of options




Of course, breakfast was my all time favorite: Protein Banana Pancake

P1080148(basically: one banana, 2 eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, cinnamon, and baking powder. top with almond PB and left over banana)

But for the first time I tried coffee with coconut milk.


I had the vanilla cups for my keurig, so I just wanted to use them up. COnsidering the amount of sugar I can only IMAGINE I drink at Starbucks, I am considering this a success. And the coconut milk was pretty yummy!

Next up for lunch, was meatloaf, cucumbers, and a peach.


Of course for dessert I had two blueberry muffins.


Predinner I had a about a million few cashews, so I wasn’t too hungry. So I just had some baked chicken wings.


I also grilled some steak and sweat potatoes to have ready for when I work in the next few days.


Gotta be prepared!

What I Ate Wednesday

This What I Ate Wednesday, is actually from Monday. I worked Tuesday and Wednesday, and those are usually pretty boring

Breakfast: Almond Pancakes (without the agave nectar), PB topping, and sausage


PB topping: 1 tbsp PB, 1/3 scoop vanilla protein, and water. Mix and enjoy!


Breakfast looked very “brown” , so I tried to make lunch colorful

Lunch: Baked Chicken Wings, cucumbers, and watermelon


Dessert: Paleo Cookies from Civilized Caveman (these things are AMAZING!)


Dinner: Steak, green beans, and a peach

If you could eat one fruit the rest of your life, what would it be?

-I would have to say bananas because I use them in a lot of recipes, I have been missing them lately 😦

What I ate Wednesday

Its another day of eats! Of course, this was actually yesterday

Breakfast: Egg/Banana Pancake (2 eggs + 1 banana + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + cinnamon)


Lunch: Stew and a biscuit


Dessert: Homemade chocolate chip cookies


(the last ones thank goodness!)

Snacks: a few string cheeses and turkey pepperoni

Dinner: Steak (thanks to my parents!) and strawberry salad with my favorite dressing

I know with the baby, there was probably a lot not documented. That seems to be a problem I had this week, I would mindless eat. More on that, hopefully tomorrow!
