I. can’t. Stop. eating!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to get back on the wagon. I was doing so well
Even with all the food consumption, I have been making it to the gym for some great workouts. Mini crossfit, being sore from yesterday, and today was 30 min on the elliptical and 30 min walking on the treadmill at an incline
Later, Andrew and I went to the park and played baseball for 45 minutes
I have been looking at pinterest for inspiration…..

- yoga for kiddos (helps with behavior)
My next step…to make a “board” to put on my frig
Hopefully it will help me stay away…. (or maybe I should get some locks!)
