What I ate Wednesday: Simple eats

Yesterday was a busy day of catch up,Β simple eats, and a nap. After working lots, I needed a day to play catch up with laundry, dishes, papers damn bills, workouts, and a nap πŸ™‚

The morning started with LOTS of coffee. I was dragging but knew I needed to seize the day

Breakfast was eggs and bacon


After taking andrew to school, I unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher (where do all these dishes come from when I am at work all day!) Then started laundry, and ran to the store real quick.

Then it was time to get down to business. I knew that if I didn’t work out, it wasn’t going to happen. I just started p90x3 and since I missed Monday, I did both Monday and Tuesdays workout.

Let me tell you, I LOVEDDDD it. And they are only 30minutes!Β I did total synergistics and agility x. I definitely recommend this program. and even though, I didn’t have a pull up bar at the time, I just did push ups.

Lunch time was calling my name after two sweaty workouts. Roast beef with a little bit of cheese and ketchup, cucumbers, and grapes for dessert.


Then it was nap time. I slept for an hour! My body definitely needed the rest πŸ™‚

After that it was time to clean the bathrooms. I would pay someone each week to this job haha. Andrew was finally home for school and it was time for a snack. meatballs and snow peas for me. I could feel my body needing more protein


The rest of the night was low key. I was still exhausted. So Andrew and I watched 10 kids and counting while eating stew and then dessert was a chocolate shakeology.


This time it was chocolate shake, pecans, maple syrup, and water. delicious πŸ™‚

Lots of delicious eats! simple. but good πŸ™‚

What I ate Wednesday:fitness update

Lately, my weight lose has been at a little bit of a stand still. I am still at a 12lb weight lose since May. Which I am EXTREMELYYYYY happy about. For YEARS. I have been trying to lose 35lbs, with no help. Since the cancer scare, and some major determination, I have started to see results.

I also started a new workout routine, and use Myfitnesspal app to keep track of everything! (follow me!!!)

So since the past few weeks, have been up and down, I thought I would do a What I ate Wednesday, just to see πŸ™‚

Breakfast: Eggs and bacon with Andrew


snack: cashews

Lunch: steak with ketchup and grapes


snack: apples and Colby cheese

dinner: Taco salad: lettuce, ground beef, avocado, tomato, and cheese


dessert: protein egg pancake


I topped my “pancake” with grassfed butter and a small amount of coconut sugar. Wasn’t sure about it (and was an after thought, after I mixed the pancakes, but I know its a keeper! can’t wait to bake with it!)

Breakfast: Protein Pancake and bacon


Snack: cashews

Lunch: Sam’s Rotisserie chicken + cauliflower mashed potatoes. It tastes like thanksgiving!


Snack: Pear, almond butter


Dinner: Sausage, potatoes, and peppers


Dessert: Paleo roll and paleo morning glory muffin


WAYYYYY too many carbs today. might need to only make the rolls OR the muffins haha

Another day of eats! Andrew and I were pretty low key since he was home sick with strep. Unfortuantly, I eat way more when I’m home bond and bored, but I didn’t do to bad.

Breakfast: Protein Pancake


(I need to find a new breakfast haha)

Lunch: 1/2 panera fuji salad + veggies


Snack: morning glory muffins


(times a million.)

Dinner: other 1/2 of salad + pieces of steak


I know it doesn’t look like it, but I really did eat a lot of those morning glory muffins. On top of that, I didn’t get a chance to workout since Andrew was sick. But I know tomorrow will be better.

Since Andrew isn’t feeling good (and his tonsils are so swollen they are almost touching) he had a nice treat of ice cream with chocolate chips

What I ate Wednesday

Today’s eats include alot of quick finds and pretty simple meals. With all the workouts, and working outside, I need food ASAP

Breakfast started with a banana pancake. I haven’t had one in a while, and it totally hit the stop


I didn’t get lunch till almost three oclock. Thank goodness for this mornings protein!

Lunch was two parts: chicken from Sam’s and cucumbers


Part two was my favorite salad


Dinner: Was leftovers from my parents, and cherries


Dessert was probably my favorite. Ice cream with Andrew


(yep he is giving bunny ears to the ice cream. silly kiddo)

Hi everyone! So I took a few days off (and had a few posts written) because my mom, Andrew, and I went to Michigan! We just got home yesterday afternoon, but I thought I would share some of the few “eats” for the five days we were gone πŸ™‚

Breakfast: eggs, bacon, 1/2 slice toast

Lunch: n0thing exciting. usually leftovers (boring…) Of course Andrew had his grilled cheese

One day we did ride bikes to the Cherry Hut for lunch. I grabbed a messy salad


Dinner: This night we had barbeque chicken, potatoes, salad, and blueberries

Dessert: One night we went to Elberta beach and had a bonfire and smores πŸ™‚

Its another day of eats! Of course, this was actually yesterday

Breakfast: Egg/Banana Pancake (2 eggs + 1 banana + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + cinnamon)


Lunch: Stew and a biscuit


Dessert: Homemade chocolate chip cookies


(the last ones thank goodness!)

Snacks: a few string cheeses and turkey pepperoni

Dinner: Steak (thanks to my parents!) and strawberry salad with my favorite dressing

I know with the baby, there was probably a lot not documented. That seems to be a problem I had this week, I would mindless eat. More on that, hopefully tomorrow!
