I am still not really sure how I did it, but I did my 3 dvds after a 12 hour shift. Luckily, the 12 hour shift was a pretty good day. I also am SO thankful to have Angela during this journey. To have someone to vent to, or even to get motivation from is HUGE for me! As soon as I was done, I sent her a text message haha

Another reason I got this completed, was as soon as I got home, I got changed right away and started. I knew that even if I walked around the house, I would have found things to do or even clean before starting my workout. But I got it done! 3 ten minute dvds and done!
Now it is time for bed, before work tomorrow. Hoping for the motivation to do another workout then as well 🙂

Would you rather workout in the morning or night?

Nice job. I have to work out in the morning (now with my work schedule) but the afternoon is just my lazy time. I cannot do it LOL.

I totally feel like all motivation to workout is lost if I don’t get it over with right after school/work. Way to go!!
I am definitely a morning workout girly! Either that or lunchtime since I work at home. Not a fan of evening or night workouts because then I can’t go to sleep.

I’m an afternoon exerciser. I have zero energy for it in the morning! But before bed means I’ll be awake all night
